Participated in a Cyber Security 12 week training program. Wrote a white paper addressing the fundamental issues with prime factorization based encryption methods with the advent of quantum computing and discussed a solution leveraging quantum mechanics in quantum key distribution. The research was completed with the perspective of whether there is a possibility in utilizing upcoming quantum cryptography in hardening the encryption of the Internet of Things data market.
